1. Wait Before Retrying

If your payment fails initially:

• Wait 24 hours before trying again.
• This pause helps clear temporary restrictions triggered by repeated failed attempts.

2. Guidelines When Retrying a Payment

When you try the transaction again after 24 hours, follow these strict guidelines:

Limit Payment Attempts

• Do not attempt payment more than twice.
• On the third failed attempt, your payment method gets blocked automatically by our system.

Limit the Number of Payment Methods

• Use only one payment method initially.
• If that fails, you may try just one other.
• Do not try multiple cards or payment platforms – this increases the chances of getting flagged as suspicious by the bank or processor.

Adjust the Recharge Amount

• Start with a $10 payment attempt.
• If that doesn't go through, try again with $25 or a higher amount.
• Some banks or processors have lower thresholds that may block smaller transactions.
